FREE INTRO: 5 Steps to Finding the Plus Side of Anger – for you and your clients

A free introduction to the 7-week “PlusSide of ANGER” online course

We’ll begin to explore how it feels to do an Anger Makeover, try out five established steps that have been found to relieve the confusion or discomfort with anger that you or your clients may (sometimes or often) experience, and start learning to use every anger event to embrace your true, loving self.

 

PlusSide of ANGER in Relationships – Level 1

A 7-week online course bringing to life The Anger Makeover book. This course is a prerequisite for taking: PlusSide of ANGER Levels 2 and 3

 Join us as we remake anger in community – sharing and celebrating our discoveries, freshening relationships, and boosting joy and warmth. Over 7-weeks, we’ll approach an age-old problem with the wonder of a child, discover the transformative gifts hidden in anger events, reduce reactivity, and increase loving self-awareness – as we explore each of the five POWER steps, learn about a new “Toolbox” (reserved and expressive “tools” to replace passive and aggressive “weapons”) and embrace the Anger Makeover process together.

PlusSide of ANGER Deep Dive – Level 2

A 3-week intensive for addressing our more complex anger problems. 
Prerequisite: PlusSide of ANGER Level 1
This course is a prerequisite for taking PlusSide of ANGER Level 3

Join us as we further integrate, enrich, and deepen our skills using the five POWER steps and the Toolbox to look at more-difficult anger situations. During the three weeks, we will help each other focus on changing ourselves.  Each group member will have the opportunity to select additional tools (such as inner parts/subpersonality work, imagery and mental/energy messaging, and creative group drama/sculpting) to use with the POWER steps and the Toolbox.  This course is a prerequisite for taking PlusSide of ANGER Clinical Training Level 3.

Level 2 Tuition: $315 (Prerequisite: Level 1)

 

PlusSide of ANGER Clinical Training – Level 3

A 6-week course for those who wish to teach and professionally utilize the PlusSide of ANGER. 
Prerequisite: PlusSide of ANGER Levels 1 and 2

PlusSide of ANGER Level 3 offers support, confidence, skills, and materials (1) to trainers for teaching the PlusSide of ANGER Levels 1 and 2, and (2) to psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches, and other professionals giving their individual clients and therapeutic groups the guidelines and innovative skills of the PlusSide of ANGER.
